Insurance
Please ensure that you are covered by insurance as ‘Villa Mon Cocotier’ will not be responsible for any claims made for accident or theft occurred during your stay.

Payment
All bookings will be provisionally held for five days (seven days for non UK residents) until either the required deposit or full payment is received. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total rental price is required at confirmation. Any balance due must be paid in full no later than six weeks before the start of the rental period, except where the start of the rental period is less than six weeks after the booking date in which case full payment is due within five days of booking. If payments are not received by the due date we reserve the right to cancel your booking. There will be no refund if you cancel 14 days prior to the date of arrival or if there is a ‘No Show’.
